SERGIO DAVILLA SPRING/SUMMER 2027

Sergio Davila SS27 / Spring/Summer 2027 collection at Casa Bagatti Valsecchi during Milan Fashion Week Men’s on June 22, 2026. It is for this first chapter in Milan. For Spring/Summer 2027, Sergio Davila brings his work to Milan through a collection shaped by movement, memory and craft. Developed through a design language built over twenty five years between New York, Peru, Rome and beyond, the season continues his ongoing dialogue between material, place and the body.

Sergio Davila SS27 / Spring/Summer 2027 collection draws from the places that have shaped Davila’s point of view. San Francisco in the late nineties brings a sense of freedom, individuality and ease. New York’s Meatpacking District, where he began creating his first collections in the early 2000s, adds structure and pace. Peru remains the foundation, through its materials, ancestral techniques and living relationship to craft.

Between 2025 and 2026, Davila spent extended time in Rome, where the work of Bernini became an important reference for the season. The idea of movement within form, of material holding softness, tension and breath, appears throughout the collection in silhouettes that open, wrap and move around the body. Peruvian illustrator Alvaro Felliu brings a contemporary warmth to the season, introducing a visual language of lightness, color and summer ease. Alongside this, Vicuña, Baby Alpaca, Pima Cotton and Tangüis Cotton remain central to the collection, grounding the work in Peruvian material culture and ancestral craft while shaping it for a contemporary wardrobe. The Milan presentation mark a new chapter for Sergio Davila, continuing a practice rooted in craft, movement and cultural memory.
