Named after Bjork’s evocative song, Venus as a Boy, the collection embodies the essence of reimagination. Just as Venus was a Roman reinterpretation of Aphrodite, Casablanca breathes new life into ancient Greek motifs, infusing them with contemporary flair. Through intricate details and a fusion of cultural influences, each piece becomes a vessel for storytelling, blurring the boundaries between antiquity and the present day.
Central to the collection’s ethos is the exploration of the Eleusinian mysteries, a sacred ritual that once captivated the elite of ancient Greece.
