ZIAD NAKAD HAUTE COUTURE SPRING 2025

Lebanese designer Ziad Nakad transports us into a realm of fantasy with his latest Haute Couture collection for Spring/Summer 2025. Pushing the limits of traditional design, he presents a lineup that sparks creativity and reinvents elegance. This season, Nakad introduces a fresh outlook infused with youthful dynamism, defined by striking silhouettes and an eclectic mix of fabrics that enchant fashion enthusiasts. A bold infusion of rock-inspired glamour lends a modern edge to his signature refined aesthetic, resulting in a collection that seamlessly merges sophistication with a rebellious spirit.  

Featuring intricate embellishments such as hand-sewn embroidery and shimmering sequins, Nakad’s signature artistry is evident throughout the collection. Voluminous structures enhance the feminine allure while simultaneously conveying strength and confidence, reflecting the essence of contemporary womanhood. Comprising 36 unique creations, the collection embodies a perfect fusion of grace and daring design. It embraces unconventional tailoring and innovative patterns to craft visually captivating pieces. Unveiled in a grand showcase in Paris under the theme “Iris”, the collection draws inspiration from the delicate yet vibrant flower, a universal emblem of beauty and femininity. The soft purple hues of the iris flower echo throughout the designs, subtly influencing the intricate craftsmanship of each garment.  

The color palette is a stunning interplay of pastels, warm blush shades, and sophisticated royal black, enriched with serene gray tones. Vibrant hues such as gleaming bronze add an element of contrast, enhancing the overall aesthetic. Floral motifs, crafted with intricate 3D techniques, adorn many of the pieces, evoking the enchanting ambiance of a garden in full bloom, while swirling patterns amplify the romantic allure.  

Nakad has meticulously chosen luxurious fabrics that radiate opulence, featuring delicately embroidered muslin and lavish crêpe adorned with elaborate embellishments. The collection also introduces modern materials such as mesh and structured crêpe, offering a contemporary twist. Each design is a wearable masterpiece, blending refinement with avant-garde artistry. Distinctive elements like voluminous sleeves, structured coat-like dresses, and airy, crystal-adorned garments highlight the collection’s ingenuity.
