Led by the visionary Dr. Emily CHEONG, the Homolog team skillfully blended artisanal essence, crafting a collection of opulent, cozy, and radiant ensembles. The classic and mysterious style accentuates noble and refined beauty, drawing inspiration from the global elements of “nature and flames.” Many civilizations revered the sacred power of fire, seeking spiritual strength and blessings.

Homolog explores this theme, embodying the sacred fire of the universe and earthly flames, drawing from the positive values associated with fire, like the Olympic flame symbolizing Prometheus’s support for human life. The fashion show’s stage design, passionately crafted by the FOCUS team in New York, features evolving flame-like lighting effects. Inspired by Angkor Wat’s sunrise and Sabah Island’s magical sunset, the runway’s music, curated by the NONE SOUNDS team in Paris, establishes a fairy-tale atmosphere, intertwining nature’s beauty and flames. Watching the show feels like a soul purification, a rejuvenation from the energy of fire.

For the Spring-Summer 2024 Couture collection, Homolog preserves its brand essence, with the ceremony dress’s extraordinary embroidery remaining a quintessential classic. Incorporating high-quality white pearls from Australia, the creations exude nobility, merging French and Chinese embroidery techniques. Evoking the unique ambiance of Barcelona’s Sagrada Familia, the dresses use silk chiffon fabrics with meticulous lace edging, creating a dreamlike atmosphere.

The long, lightweight dresses play with light, interpreting flame shades, including golden sunrise hues, dusk reds, and complex yellows and blues inspired by burning flames. Emily Cheong and her team studied fire god totems, transforming their magical essence into energetic print patterns.
